What is IIT JEE?

                JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is being conducted in two parts, JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced. JEE-Advanced is for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology, the Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad and JEE-Main exam is for admission in IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), National Institutes of Technology
, CFTIs (Central Funded Technical Institute), etc.

Only the top 1,50,000 qualifiers of JEE Mains are eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced. A student can attempt the JEE Advanced only two times and that too in consecutive years. The syllabus has four papers- Physics, Chemistry, Maths and B. Arch Aptitude test.
